Trump's Granddaughter Receives Professional Advice from Tiger Woods Prior to Professional Golf Debut

Young golfer getting ready for major competition

The rising star has substantial social media audience

Kai Trump will have numerous well-known cheerleaders as she makes her professional golf debut later this week.

The 18-year-old athlete, who happens to be connected to Donald Trump, obtained a sponsor's invitation to participate at the Annika competition in the Sunshine State.

The former president, someone who loves golf, possesses multiple golf courses and regularly plays against Kai.

"He's fairly competent. I can't say much but we play competitive games," she stated.

She mentioned that Trump, unable to come, told her: "Just avoid anxiety."

"My grandpa basically told me to go out there and enjoy myself," she added.

"In my eyes, he's just a normal grandpa. He can't make it for the tournament. He's busy with presidential duties, so he's rather occupied."

As an amateur, the golfer has competed in just three tournaments in 2024 and holds position 461 in the American Junior Golf Association rankings.

However she can seek guidance from Tiger Woods, who is dating her mother.

"He represents the greatest golfer globally," the young golfer said.

"Furthermore, he's a superior human being. He suggested me to go out there, enjoy myself, and go with the flow."

Kai will face multiple the biggest names in women's golf at the competition, featuring second-ranked the champion, British golfer Hull, Lexi Thompson and 2023 champion Lilia Vu.

The LPGA commented that Kai's presence exposes the sport to different demographics, specifically reaching younger fans.

Kai boasts millions of followers and has started an exclusive clothing and lifestyle company.

She begins at 17:30 GMT.
